I am TRAINING for my WABBA level 3 in personal training & fitness instructing so AM NOT qualified yet!! this exercise works for me! but attempt at your own risk!! :)

  • PS an exercise you might like is quite a simple one, simply find an old news paper and with the one hand screw each page up into a tight ball. Sounds easy but you may be surprised how tiring it can get. :)
