You realize she had to change into Miley so the concert would make sense, and thats why its called the Miley-Hannah concert tour? She's actually thinking of her fans, she doesn't want to keep you all waiting. Besides the 'fake' Hannah was only there for a few seconds it wouldn't kill ya to watch someone else for a few seconds on stage. Calm yourselves.
