Two Minutes On siting Microgeneration VA Wind Turbines on Urban Brownspace

This is my entry to the Technology Strategy Board's £600k competition for disruptive solutions for energy, digital, healthcare, & sustainability problems. I want to site Microgeneration Vertical Axis Windturbines in urban brownspaces across the UK, starting in one I've identified in the Shipley, Charlestown area of Bradford.

The plan is to site VAWT's in places where they will be very visible and to break the view that wind-turbine renewable energy generation should be rural on horizontal axis (the ones that look like propellers)
