  • do u have to be able to see xrays to put this on utube or can i just go outside and it will look exactly like that

  • @BigSean614

If you go out and look up to the night sky (with dark adapted eyes) you will see the milky way and the Magellanic clouds almost like in the video - a bit more diffuse and without colors. The milky way it that bright that you can see your shadow on the ground even in a moon-less night.

    It's amazing! And - it's full of stars. :)

  • name of the music please?

  • @phopoy22

I bought this music for using it in my video. You won't find it at your music store, I am sorry.

  • Hi very nice video and music to go withtjdomsalla, it im wondering if you have a close up image or video of this when its 1:18 sec to 1:22 there is a bright flash like a supernova but doesnt repeat to be a plane etc?

  • @OroSi207

Hi OroSi207, it is Jupiter rising in the east just before the zodiac light (as mentioned in the end titles). It might look like a flash due to the dew that laid down on the lense in the early morning hours. :)

  • Went on a fishing trip in Australia. It was a very cold and a clear summer night. Sky was absolutely brilliant to the naked eye, I never seen anything like it. The Milky Way was so striking, I thought I was looking at a white cloud at first. I could see objects moving fast, glittering... could it be satellites? I should have been fishing, but instead I spent at least 3 hours looking up in absolute darkness, sinking a few beers on the side.

  • @tjdomsalla i see, thank you!

  • Is this real ?

  • @AntiProtonBoy Isn't it incredible ! you've seen iridium flares and satellites passing over.

  • Thank gawd for the mute. Was that music stolen from Pocahontas?

  • I wish I lived in the area where you can see the zodiacal light now I'm pished :<

  • I've been there in Apr 2009 and I've just booked for coming back at the end of Aug 2011. The observations with the 50 cm Dobson are stunning! I stayed for several hours only in the LMC! Did you use that instrument (or even a smaller Dobson) or are you a "photographer only"?

  • Wonderful.

  • it's amazing!
