@JacobyRedSoxfan I don't think they demoted him at all. They know that he is a great athlete, and he is more capable of making the adjustment than Cameron. Ellsbury's played left before, and its hard to be demoted to left field at fenway. It's sooo hard to play out there, and only the best of athletes can be a good defensive left fielder at fenway, and i have confidence that he will do incredibly. Think about all the greats that have played that wall. Do you still feel like he was demoted?
