I've suffered from chronic back pain for 3 years, and have finally been experiencing intense relief by taking certain actions which I describe in this video.

  • I have constant chronic dull upper back pain, neck pain, back of the head.... they told me it could be fibromyalgia (which I doubt), occipital neuralgia (throbbing electric nerve pain on the head)

i don't have any of that....

the muscles that hurt me are trapezius, sternocleidomastoid, muscles back of head.

thank you for giving me hope!

  • @SweZiEnt Hi There, check out my channel for a video about psychosomatic pain. Hope you find it useful - Will.

  • I had a very similar experience to yours. I had back pain for many years, and even had an operation until I was referred to a book called Healing Back Pain by Dr. John Sarno that allowed me to diagnose my back pain as psychosomatic and treat myself. This book would be a great help to you. Psychosomatic pain is something that is all around us, but mostly ignored and poorly understood. See my channel for a link to my site all about psychosomatic illness.

  • i'v been having trap muscle pain, that started from my neck and moved into my right upper shoulder, and it's been persistent for nearly two weeks. Now two weeks isnt a long time, but I am 19 and so healing at my age shouldnt be that hard to do. Like you explained in the video, I have a fairly stressful life, am in a college program that is stressful, and have anxiety. I was told to stretch my neck and was given pills. I dont know how you lived with the pain for 3 years, I couldn't do it.

  • hey thanks for the vid upload, i too suffer from back pain for years, mine is lower with sciatica and it had a crippling effect on my well being. I tried many many different things including 9 different epidural injections within the past 4 years which gave me relief but it's only a placebo. Just the other day I started researching Psychosomatic and already noticed about a 20% improvement just from reading, learning and self discovery through Psychosomatic techniques.

  • Thanks for sharing man! It's not easy to make these changes, but one that was hugely important for you. Keep up the good work and never lose hope in yourself that you can and will continue to reach your goals. Great job!

  • Thank you so much for your video. I've dealt with upper back pain, chronic crooks in my neck and migraines. It can be really depressing; especially when others don't understand.
