The strange thing is that if you use detective mode to analyze knocked out enemies, most will be "unconcious" but sometimes you get a few "deceased". WTF Batman!? You have no problem killing some random thug who's probably harmless in the large scheme of things, but when you get the chance to kill Ra's Al Ghul, you DON'T!?!?

Easy thats where the enjoyment of watching other people play games are. If I want total skill I'd play the game myself and I do. Thats not me bragging about how great I am I just played Arkham Asylum so much that I can do this unconcious without trying.

The Human body can't take a lot of damage. At most the car door to the neck would crush his larynx and he would suffocate as he is unconscious :D Its kinda funny.
