He was a great, young player who had a promising future.

I remember waking up and turning on the Tv and seeing an NFL player was shot, and thought really nothing of it. Then when I saw it was Darrent.. my heart skipped a beat and i didnt want to move at all..

man...i remember reading "Broncos player shot" on yahoo's front page the day it happened...so sad how young lives are cut short like this. RIP D-Will, you WILL NOT be forgotten...

People don't realize that Champ had 10 Picks the last year Darrent played. That is 10 times the QB thought it was a better idea to throw to CHAMP BAILEY than to D-will. WOW. RIP D-Will
