  • Hello Mamaclok :) I have a question, I started taking HCG yesterday and I started my period today. Today is 2nd loading day, I don't know what to do. :/ I know it says to start after your menstruation or 10 days before it. So does that mean I have to stop everything and wait till I finish my period? Or just continue on like I dont have my period? lol

  • @LetsBoogieDown You can either stop the hcg and wait until it goes away (thats what the protocol says to do) OR take your hcg all through your period and hope that you still have good losses.

  • I have done two rounds and have gained my weight back both times. do I still need to keep my calories low??

  • Was your weight ever maintained by doing steak days? I believe you have to figure out your own body. For me, I cant do a lot of carbs or I gain fast. For others it may just be calories. We are all different.

  • Well, I have watched a few of your videos. All I can say is that I'm impressed! I've sent for the HCG and am waiting for it to get here.

    I can't find anywhere here some of your statistics. What was your beginning weight? How long were the breaks between your HCG's?

    If you didn't exercise during your active dieting that's impressive, the ending photos are unbelievable. You look great!

    Did you begin with the 46 day or the 23 day? How long was your break?
