I've had to deal with theists of all sorts who do this sort of thing. Seems to be more common amongst followers of the abrahamic religions than any other religion or set of religions in particular.

@antybu86 Gotta say what I find most ironic is not only does he obviously plagiarize, he MISQUOTES his original authors, putting planets 3 trillion miles from the sun rather than 3 billion, and covering the contents of the planet... not the continents with ice. Gotta say if you are going to plagiarize, at least have the grace to do it correctly ;-).

I'm not really bothered about the plagiarism in itself. I was brought up in a liberal household, with two christian parents, yet I was given free reign to decide for myself what I believed. I started with a blank state and I'm still searching for an answer. What makes me sad is that Theatheistantidote starts with his position and then looks for evidence to support it. There hasn't been any thought process or real wrestling with the problem at hand.
