I like the look on this movie - it adds to the sense of your self learning and keeps it documentary - nice. Keep working - it might help to imagine your opponents attacks and blocks. Also try to train 1 part, the 2 etc. First slow and solidevery step. When posture and stance is right go to fluid. ;D
respectfully, you should start with the jo suburi. That way you will be able to move properly with the jo.
