August Raining Propaganda

A tongue-in-cheek dig at our yearly NDP phenomena!

This tune was written in 2008, and has since been a fixture at my live gigs every August to help me and like-minders overcome puke point. Though lately, I've been heartened by the passionate voices and initiatives of our people breaking through the surface like never before. Not to mention, these funny MTVs circulating around had me rolling in laughter. How refreshing.. wow.. this place is going to be really interesting! Indeed for the first time in a long while, I am smiling this National Day :))). p.s. It is not about the bright lights, nor the grand show. Its about a celebration of our people, and the future we are going to shape.
