What I did in my version was splice the video with the audio together so that it seems like there are no interruptions during the performance. Check it out :)

The audio problems were not the upload's fault; the scrolling German subtitles around the second interruption translate as the following:

"Sorry! The two short interruptions could not be fixed. However, we wish not to withhold this song from you."

However, there are audio problems during the climax, which is quite annoying. I downloaded the entire concert (took 6 days via torrents because it would fluctuate between 1 seed and zero seeds).
