Penn State Nittany Lions run out of the tunnel into a packed Beaver Stadium on 10/8/05 to face Ohio State. Unbelievable atmosphere!!!

This game made a statement that PSU football belonged back on the national stage. You really had to be there!!!
You have to remember that the game in 05 at PSU was a night game (8:00) and the one at the Shoe was a day game. Everyone knows that night games are louder than day games by far.

You're the first Buckeye fan to admit that the game wasn't close at all. Ohio State was never really in this game. Infact I'd almost call it a blowout. The 2006 game, despite the scoreboard was alot closer, the 2006 OSU vs PSU game was close like the PSU vs UM game, even though the scores for the 2005 OSU game and the 2006 UM game that Penn State played were the same.

Thanks for the info. I know OSU has close to around 28000 students for the games but they are spread out around the stadium with no central location.

Yeah it is $30 I must have been thinking my first year when regular tickets were $50. And actually I wasn't complaining. I have purchased my student tickets this year and every year and have never missed a game or left early. I love going to the games. I was just trying to see how much Penn State payed and was going to "gloat" if they didn't have to pay. Not sure why you had to resort to the hostility. But Go Bucks!

Destiny, first of all, we pay $30 per game, not $25. As for some schools not having students pay, it would be "retarded" for OSU to have 50,000 students and let all of us go to games for free; that almost have of the stadium that would potentially be complementary, which is ridiculous. Either buy the tickets or watch on TV, but don't come here with dumb complaints about paying to go to the Horseshoe.

PSU kicked our ass that day so hard, the score doesn't truly display how rough it was for my bucks that day

Do the penn state students have to pay for tickets? How much are regular tickets? Just curious. I am an OhiO State student and we have to pay $25 bucks per game which is retarded. I know some schools don't make their students pay.
