With all due respect, either you are born a Jew or you are a convert. There is no such thing as "being grafted into the vine".

That is a chrstian concept that takes Hebrew scripture out of context (as many are as well). If you really want to learn about what the Hebrew bible says, learn the language of G-d. There is no way around that. All else is just heresay.

From the perspective of Torah Observant Judaism:

1) Anyone who believes that Jesus is divine, or an incarnation of G-d in the flesh (sic), etc., is an idolator.

2) Non-Jews who refuse to adhere to the 'Seven Laws of Noah' at a bare minimum, will NOT be a part of Israel's salvation.

3) Any Jew who believes that Jesus is Messiah, has stepped far outside of the boundaries of Halacha, and consequently, has become a sinner.

I don't understand why so many Christians feel the need to convert Jews. Why the urgency guys? I was a Catholic but converted to Judaism for the very reason ipwnnewbs50 highlighted and I'm grateful for their opinion. If you understood or could read Hebrew you'd understand exactly why Jews reject the one from Nazerath.

It is idol worship plain and simple.

I respect the right of each person to believe as they will.

I don't agree with most traditional jews where the subject of Jesus is concerned, because I am a Christian who believes in Him as the Son of God, who has already come to earth once and who will come again at the end of days.

But I do know that each of us has to answer individually to the Father for what we believe and do in this life.

I dont wish to take away the beliefs of Judaism. I just wish jews could see it like I do. :o)

From a Christian point of view, technically a Christian does not need to convert to Judaism because we are already grafted in to the vine.

But I do think that it's important for all Christians to understand Judaism and it's roots because without it, we can't truly understand Christianity.
