  • You can knit backwards much more easily using the continental method if you wrap the yarn clockwise. However, this replicates eastern style purl on the other side. Or, you could knit continental forwards and throw knitting backwards.

  • well if you were knitting continental you could just pick up your hand and wrap the warn just like you do in english style knitting. Thats how I do it :)
