to check it & the result was pretty amazing!
The program was almost the same as one
given by the dietician. I fully recommend

@TVNenad I mean, you should be able to do at least ten probably...I know, that sounds like not much, but a muscle-up is more of a strength and technique kind of movement, so reps are not going to translate that well. I can do MU's easy, and a chin-up with 135 around my waist, but I don't work on endurance so I can't do that many pull-ups consecutively. Work on explosive pull-ups as fast and high as possible so your nipples clear the bar. Leave plenty of time between reps and never go to failure!
