If you're evil, the laugh expression can be hard to get, but I got it when I was at 100% evil, so it's doable. You don't have to have Temple of Light, just donate to a beggar. Give him a gift (scroll to bottom, select gold) & give him money--the more good you want to get, the more gold you have to give. (I did have to give a large sum-can't remember how much.) Once you unlock the expression, just go on a killing spree (where you don't mind the economy going to shit) to get your evil back up!
