Ki no Tomonori (紀友則 ki (no) tomonori, c. 850c. 904)
One member of the sanjūrokkasen (Thirty-six Poetry Immortals). Heian waka, poet of the court.
Compiler of the Kokin Wakashū.
Author of poems in the Kokin Wakashū, also collected in the Tomonori Shū.
Music:"Sakura Sakura" (さくら さくら?), composed during the Edo period for learning to play the koto, popular since the Meiji period. Alfred Reed based the Fifth Symphony in this piece .

野山も里も
見渡す限り
霞か雲か
朝日に匂う

花ざかり

弥生の空は
