@cctman "Its just like when they found red blood cells in the T-Rex thigh bone in 2005."
If you are making this claim, then it is clear that you have no idea what you are talking about, since that creationist claim was based on misinformation and was debunked years ago.
This is your best episode yet and you've got quite a lot of good ones, but this one covers more than just satire, it goes perfectly with Rene Descartes' evil genius idea. excellent work mate, keep it up.
@cctman I'll call out your Humphreys & Rendsburg. 1) received 8 citations, 2) received 0. Furthermore, his Nature article received 2, and his RAS article received 0. Looks like most christain scholars don't think much of your references. And of course, the 10 citations aren't necessary all positive, and many of them were books and so are not peer reviewed.
@cctman I may not have a degree in evolutionary biology, cosmology, physics etc but I clearly display a greater understanding of the subject than you do. You misrepresent what the theories actually say and assert wild claims with 0 evidence to back them. I mean with evolution you cannot generally lump various forms into one category and say it can create ultimate god like organisms and get away with it. You were speaking of biology there without even realising it.
@cctman How do I know your god of choice is wrong? It cannot even get the time period in which your Jesus was born correct. Matthew 2 clearly states Jesus was born in the time of Herod the King(has to be Herod the Great because neither of his sons were kings). Luke 2 says Jesus was born at a time when Publius Sulpicius Quirinius was the Legates of Syria. Now Herod died 10 years before Quirinius ever held office in Syria as a governor. Go figure the bible is wrong.
@cctman "Something can come from nothing and your little god is time and random chance." How ignorant are you really? Everything is made out of energy. Law of Conservation of energy. Energy can neither be created or destroyed. So where did the energy come from the big bang? Insert String theory which has some very promising work behind it. Sure we do not know for sure yet but that does not mean you get to impose your god of choice. Which your god of choice is wrong.
@misterdeity I particularly like cctman's comment from yesterday (on another video):
"Don't try to spin your way out of this... You made a claim now provide the evidence for it or acknowledge your either lying, misleading everyone and or have no clue what your talking about."
@misterdeity Anyone can make claims and seem like their claims are authoritative. Few, however, can make claims, have the claims scrutinized by professionals in their field, and have the claims verified by said professionals. That's why actual science is so difficult and arduous. I'm not trying to be a dick. This is simply what is demanded when you make the claim that scientists have evidence of things like the enslavement of the Hebrews, the Exodus, and the conquering of Canaan.
