@EliaForce1984ita there are no reported problems with system's RAM, just with video memory.

you can squeeze even more performance from every video card. crysis is set to utilize just 256 ram, i don't know what the producers were thinking, but there is a way that helped me to win 15-20 fps. just create an autoexec.cfg file and put in these files:
con_restricted=0
sys_budget_videomem = ''correct amount of ram you card has''
r_TexturesStreaming=0
i don't know with sli or cf but it worked like a charm for me.
