  • Awesome =) Props to the ones who still keep it traditional!!

  • @WildWolfHowling I believe it's "Get Along Little Doggies" - a very old cowboy song, or it might be titled "Whoopie-Tie-Yi-Oh". It was on one of his first "Cowboy Songs" Albums.

  • Mr. Murphy, I got to see you in concert on October 22n'd, 1994, in Prescott, AZ. It was my 10th birthday, and you were my hero. I got your autograph after the concert. Thank you for giving me so many songs that I sing to this day! Someday, I will go on a cattle drive, too . . .

  • First time I saw Murphy spelt with an E.

  • What is the song at 1,05?

  • I used to have the video of his Austin City Limits show about 15 years ago. Most of it got ruined and I have no idea how to get one agian. Was watching the few precious tunes that survived this evening. Thought I'd see what I could find.

  • This is great video! long live cows and cowboys!!!!!

  • Love listening to you sing.

The cattle drive looks like a blast! I sure miss riding horses and even bulls. =)

    Thanks for sharing the photos.

  • This man is the real thing....he has a beautiful voice, and understands Americana

  • I have every album of Michael Murphey. Every album is worth buying. Good Cowboy songs
