So at nighttime this left turn traffic light (8th and Peninsula) is really retarded, and so Emily and I have developed the tradition of doing a sort of chinese firedrill where we'll get out and run around the car a bunch of times since it takes about 5-10 minutes for the left arrow to turn green so you can *legally* go through the intersection. LOL Good times.
ok thanks

Ah, I see. It uses the H.264 codec wrapped in an MOV file just like my Kodak camera. It looks like a pretty cool camera. Anyway, those files will definitely not work in Movie Maker. Good news is that I know that they work in FFmpeg. Tomorrow (since it's getting late now) I can send you a message to show you where to get FFmpeg for Windows and how to use it to convert that MOV file into a WMV file that can be imported (it's relatively simple since there won't be any tweaking involved).

My last comment didn't seem to get posted lol, so I'll try again. I use a Creative Vado HD. I'm pretty sure that it doesn't work with Windows Movie Maker, but it comes with a program that might be able to convert it to a WMV file that MOvie Maker can import.
I just use a command line tool called FFmpeg. It works great, but it takes a while to learn how to use it and takes some hacks to do some basic splicing of videos.
