Man what a month, even year! I've been so blessed to be around such good and talented people.
On my last trip to LA i sought out to connect and network with so many people... and after a rocky week, I was kinda loosing the idea of getting anything I wanted to, accomplished....
I made it to Millenium on that Wednesday... and David Moore and Marty Kudelka were already plotting on spreading some christmas spirit.... I missed David's class... (which actually was the one that inspired me to teach this piece) but i made it to Martys. By the time class was over I was reminded all the joy I usually feel around December...
I had to bring it back home with me and share it! I saw a peek of David's class from behind a line of a pack studio... but just listening to the music, I got inspired. Already a fan of both Marty and Moore's movements... I put all I usually soak up from the two and came up with this. If youve never seen The Sandlot... they are AMAZING... they are my lil homies out of SoReal Dance studio.... they work great as a team and they have a lot of fun dancing....
Big shout out to Rita and Chris Baterina managing the studio and teams, and allowing me to teach SL... this is my second time working with them.. and it just keeps getting better and better.
Enjoy the Christmas spirit...
