  • unless u do ur cardio in the morning, then lift in the evening, i swear by this but what do i know..

hey rico, does your book have a lot of healthy recipes?

and what would a bodybuilders favorite carb be? or a bodybuilders best friend - as far as carbs go?

  • im not a cook and i don't think most single guys are.......i eat basic. I tell you what foods to eat not cooking recipes. I use waxy maize before and after workouts and beans for my main carb staple

  • rico...i've been told that doing cardio before workout is not advisable....is dis true?

  • yes safe your strength for weight training and do cardio after if you're doing both on the same day

  • what if im doing cardio first then weight training later

its that bad that im not going to see results????

  • its bad.........always do cardio AFTER
