Yeah, sometimes it is really hepful to concentration. Other people don't like it though. I appreciate it when it works well with the flow of the sermon and helps to emphasize a point. You can see that he is REALLY into it and then the gestures help to properly express it. You can't just stage preaching like that, it has to come from the Text and the heart (and the hands- in Piper's case ; ) )!
