7:12 is the only thing Davina says even slightly harsh, and it's a civilised inquiry. The audience bullied Makosi, but Davina kept them at bay with her professionalism.

How can this have caused such a scene? How can Davina be called a bully? She's being really nice in this video! What could she hace done to hush up the crowd? They are there to shout and scream. That's the whole point with the crowd!
Davina's job was to get an interview out of Makosi and she did a good job. I don't understand what the drama is all about.

But I think I would be the same, I couldn't be as friendly with someone I'd watched for 3months but surely if I was a good presenter I could mask my feelings? I think it is ridiculous that more than 200 people complained to Ofcom about Davina over this interview because 'she didnt stick up for Makosi'!!!
I thought she comforted her quite well considering all of the audience hated her - I would have been shaking like a shitting dog if I was Makosi up there!
