  • they could make a great movie if they come back to do 2012. not like i didnt lkie this one, i loved this one but if they made a movie about 2012 i thnk more people would like it because what people really wanted to see where the aliens.

  • I absolutely agree. When I heard this movie was in production a wave of childhood nostalgia hit me and I was instantly thrown back into season 1. Gillian and David are so true to their role - you never would've thought any time had passed since season 9, the first movie and now this. I loved this film, it's one of those that you can watch over and over and over again.

  • I don't care how many movies they make, I'm going to keep watching <3

  • just make it awesome like the first film and the series... how can scully still be a skeptic? she has seen aliens, monsters, and supernatural things too.

  • Christopher Nolan For The X-Files reboot.

  • It is NOT a love story David! Come on.....

  • There was NO big X-Files fan than I.... but this movie was GOD AWFUL. i even watched it a second time to make sure. It was just an utter failure. With how long X-Files fans had to wait... you'd think they wod have given us something awesome.

  • There was no bigger X-Files fan than me but except for seeing Scully and Mulder again this movie was a terrible letdown; one of the worst of any movie I'd ever gone to see. Most episodes (ALL of seasons 2 and 3) were better than this. I'll still give a 3rd one a shot...the characters are still great, as is the foundation of the original series.

  • I just finished season 9 & went straight to the movie. I was astonished. I shouldn't have been, a friend hinted it wasn't part of the main story arc of the show. I'm not sayin it sucked, but I was struck with bad surprise. 'What's this? Ok. Never turn down a dose of Mulder and Scully so go with it.'

    But still. Huh?

This is from someone who keeps relistening to "Teotihuacan" by Noel Gallagher. I felt connected to that film. I wanted to see them backed against the wall again.

    ....Ready to fight.

  • I like the x-files, the film was a new start for more films...

    mulder and scully rocks

  • i do the same ;)

  • They did have some episodes of the X-Files that really weren't x-file-ish, and this movies reminded me of them. It was good. I'm not going to lie. But it isn't what I expected for a X-File "Movie" idea. It's one of those movies I've watched once, but will probably never watch again.
