This was the hit that set up the first goal and ostensibly won game 2 of the 1994 EC Finals. If you like hockey, you loved the battles between Messier and Stevens. Two of the best at what they did, to ever play the game of hockey. If you are a Rangers fan, and you don't respect Scott Stevens...you don't understand the game. The same to be said that if you are a Devils fan and you don't respect Messier, you don't get it. U dont have to like em, but youve gotta respect em!
