Charging System for Electric Cars

Here a short video about new charging systems for electric cars. They are for the new Israeli electric car project "Better Place". The first system is fast recharging system, for recharging the car for 30 minutes. The other system is a battery changing system, for changing the old batteries with ney, full recharged ones.
