Foreigners need to realize that graphic images of a sea view and a "5" minute walk to the sea is part of advertising. No one in Thaland can be held accountable for making false claims; thus, pictures of hotels and condos "next" to the sea can be false. The apartment complex is next to a temple, school, and a busy street (Pattaya-Naklua Road). Yes, huge developments are right on the beach; thus hogging most of the free beacharea that once was for everyone to use,

The Apartment is in a Side Street to Naklua Soi 16...the School and the Tempel are around 1km far...no disturbing Noise at all...actually the Front Rooms having a very Nice See View, also our Rooms in the 7th Floor...we didn't lie to our Customer...everybody are Welcome to take a look and Check it Out. The Rooms are Furnished in European  Quality, and for Transfer, NO COMPANY OR THAI WIFE NECESSARY. Just on the Buyers Name, thats all...AND VERY IMPORTEND: MANAGEMENT FEE FOR 1 YEAR: 4320,-

The Condo is very Close to the Beach...the Coffee stained Paper seems to be a Background of this VDO Edit... a Walk 2 the Beach just take 5 Minutes and then i Guess you will sit on your Ass...and by the Way the Location of this Condo is quiet good coz around there it isn't noisy...and around here are the Expensive Condos...such as Sky Beach/ Northpoint/etc. Even the Nice and good Hotels as well such as Centara etc... and as i think they are know what they doing, am i right Thrillbill..?

Why are the pictures on coffee stained paper? Don't forget, this apt. complex is NOT on the beach. It is a 12 minute walk to the sea, then where to you sit? No beach chairs except for the private condos and hotels.
