Case learning 5/5: What do we learn from case studies?

In these videos, Hanno Roberts and Espen Andersen, both experienced case teachers at the Norwegian School of Management and Fudan University, talk about how you as a student can get as much learning as possible out of a case-oriented class. The videos were initially created for students at the BI Norwegian School of Management MBA program, but can be used by all.

Here we discuss what to take away from a case class - what did you learn? You learn from individual cases, but also by going through many - and then recognizing situations from cases when you run into situations in your own work as a manager.
