sumbitch... I'm a tool. I got wrapped up with pre-Christmas stuff and didn't watch your vids because I treat them like fine wine--I want to watch them when I have the time to really listen. Now, however, you bump my fist and I left you hangin'. I will make a vid to properly respond to this, but for now I am DEFINITELY in for something big this year!

My attitutde I had when I was losing the fat was I would swear at the fat on my body for example: Fuck you belly fat you piece of monkey shit kiss my soon to be skinny ass I am gonna sweat you the hell of my body bitch! Then I would punish my body by doing hard runs on the treadmill.
