  • @gatheringwithin Yes I do have some experience with the locks or bandas. I'm glad you're enjoying the physical movements and how they're helping you with your other interests of yoga!

  • I was never thought yoga by anyone, but in the same time i was paying a lot of attention to how my body works for quite a few years now, so its hard to answer :). Actually i got a bit interested in yoga thorough the breath analysis that i was doing recently,(Pranayama). During panayama they are doing 3 different locks involving neck, abdominal. and pelvicfloor. Sofar i found certain postures helpful with controling this locks. do you have any experience in this field?
