Lunapads, an alternative to disposables! Just thought I would do a review! I have nothing against these, I just prefer tampons.

  • They may be cheaper and more eco friendly but personally I wouldnt use them :L Might try them but you know

  • @SportyBeth99 I totally agree!

  • wait. Did you actually use the pads? How can you do a review if you don't use them? Anyway, great graphics and I really liked the background song.

  • @Clothmom1 I guess this should be called My Lunapads Opinion.. Because I haven't used them. I don't want to...haha. Thanks for watching! Maybe someday I'll try them. Although, i don't wear pads unless i'm sleeping. Or using one as a liner.

  • @GirlsandGrowingUp Or after you have a baby. I seriously recommend using cloth post partum. I didn't and I bled heavy for 5 weeks and didn't stop until 6 weeks. I was also in a lot of pain the whole time- I cloth diaper my child in soft cozy diapers- why on earth did I think I deserved anything less? Next kid, I am treating myself to Minky post partum momma cloth!

  • @Clothmom1 My older sister just had a baby a couple months ago, and didn't use cloth ones. I heard no complaints. She was just happy the baby was here :)

The baby was allergic to a certain brand of diapers, so she uses another kind and all is going well!

  • @GirlsandGrowingUp "My older sister just had a baby a couple months ago, and didn't use cloth ones. I heard no complaints"

That's because she hasn't tried anything different. You can't complain if you haven't tried or even really know that there is an alternative. I'm not saying that she would have chose cloth for sure, but I really wish I had known more about it and felt like I had the choice. paper pads will irritate a torn perineum- it's just physics!

  • @frieda981 Yeah.. me too. But there are girls out there who use them so I thought I would do a review! I personally wouldn't use them.. Thanks for the comment! :)

  • to me this seems like unsanitized... :S

  • @Lunapads Thanks for watching! Glad you like it!
