  • was this concert after his stroke?

  • I met him when I played with the oldies rock and roll memories tour ,I was with the MCcoys and I got to set in with Rob and the Grass Roots ,so kool ,sadly Rob will be missed :{

  • The GREAT Rob Grill _ One of the greatest singers I've ever heard ! RIP my brother

  • I myself will like to know the requirements to enter this farce Rock & Roll hall of fame. Its amazing, besides the Grass Roots, we have a band like Chicago that has also NOT made the Hall.

  • @ncast54 You are most certainly right. The Grass Roots deserve to be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Performers with far fewer hit records are in there.

  • @ncast54 Yeah when you lose a loved one life must go on but you never forget them. Rob Grill RIP.

  • Oh I know Bob didnt OD,what I was referrng to his contemporaries who many at that time period OD on drugs .Im sorry that you lost your husband at such a very young age, what a terrible lost. I agree that the Grass Roots should be in the Rock & Roll hall of fame. Their music and influence after more than 44 years playing is still as popular.Let's Live For Today , dont worry about tomorrow

  • @ncast54 I just like to make something clear he didn't overdose he fell and went into a coma. I can't even imagine what his wife is going through. I lost my husband almost 15 yrs. ago to cancer he was only 32. yrs. old and I was 33 yrs. with 2 babies. You can see from the videos his body had taken it's toll but he continue on with the show. The Grass Roots deserve to be in the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. What a performer he was.

  • @hz11287 OMG, I didnt know he died. I just google his name and he died on July 7th at the age of 67. Oh well he lived relatively a long life compare to other musicans who OD. Thanks a lot for the response
