Andy English Prints A Bookplate on Red.wmv

Wood engraver and printer Andy English prints a bookplate from the engraved woodblock using "Red", his 1902 Albion handpress. This was filmed while working the press and so the camerawork is rather shaky but it does give an idea of how the press works. The bookplate will be trimmed later and so is placed directly on the block for speed, although speed isn't something that really should concern a handpress user.
