I found this workout on CrossFit.com. The guy in the original video did 3 rounds in 7:37. I decided to double the work and try to finish under his time. 6 rounds in 7:14.

  • He'd be a lot quicker if he didn't have to keep rolling up his sleeves...

  • The Brit Dave Morgan is also 5ft 8 and he did it with 500 dl and 275 clean at 44 years of age

  • i for sure could not pull this off. with that said, you need to lock out elbows on your muscle ups

  • @604josh I don't know...even if they're not as good as people who pick one things (such as Oly lifters), the people who actually win crossfit games are pretty ridiculous.

  • Are we even sure Rob is a human being? Jesus H Christ this guy is almost supernaturally strong.

  • God. All you crossfit fags complaining about an Olymipic litters form? Get real kids. Crossfit trains you to be medicore at everything. Good at nothing.

  • Did you see Dave Morgan's muscle ups? I'm pretty sure those would be No-Reps

  • @TheMrsredshoes Yes, but Dave Morgan juices like it is going out of style. I'm not saying it is easy, just saying that it is easier for him.

  • those were extremely impressive lifts, but you might want to check the form on the deadlift. at least from this point of view your back doesn't look like its in a healthy position during the deadlifts.

  • @TheMrsredshoes bet he would have had a little more trouble with 6 rounds

  • Mad respect bro! Very impressive lifts!

Dont listen to the dumb fucks on here with negative comments...everyone wants to be a critic, but know one wants to try the workout first then give their opinon.

  • @TheMrsredshoes He was also an Olympic lifter. You know the Olympic games, where people compete to be the best in the *world*?
