no salt? maybe adding some nutritional yeast seasoning will also help...

@thatoneguyonline Well, it's clearly not BAD for you. Most of the people who are living to be 100 right now aren't vegetarians.

I hear that cauliflower is a great substitute for white rice!

great, so simple and so tasty :)

@thatoneguyonline Thanks! Yeah I put "extra" garlic..maybe that was the problem. Gonna try tweaking it again

@iShemz becoming raw is all about the health aspects. Keeping all the nutrients and healing properties of food alive. Google it and there are tons of articles etc.

@iShemz I am vegan and partially raw foodist, because I love it. It's very easy to be a sloppy vegan with heavy cooked foods. It's different for all, but cooking kills off alot of the enzymes in foods, just google it. Lots of great info.

Oh man, I had a horrible experience with parsnips as well. So strong and bitter in my opinion when what I read on line was that they were supposed to be sweeter than carrots. Hmm, but so far I am loving the cauliflower!!
Scale of 1-10 how much did u like this? I tried a very similar recipe once and I couldnt eat it and I love cauliflower...It was so strong for me though

@aRawLifestyle I only had it that one time... I remember it being good - probably a 6 or 7. It's worth a try, just go easy on the garlic.

I'm somewhat confused..what is "eating raw" exactly? Is it just eating raw fruits and vegetables? Or is there something else that you need to do

Google raw food diet and a whole world of wonderful information will blow your mind. Basically, raw foodists don't eat anything over 118 degrees. Fruit and Vegetables are only a small part of it. You can make all kinds of stuff... raw burgers (made from flax and nuts), raw spaghetti (made from squash), raw pizza, brownies, ice cream (made from frozen bananas) etc. And "living" food is important, such as sprouts, sauerkraut, coconut yogurt etc. I'm not a raw foodist, but I enjoy the food.

@thatoneguyonline: what do you mean by "being raw"?
I think eating more vegetables is a good idea in general but I also think that can make you too sensible. After all, your body develops resistance when you put it under stress not when you relax, so maybe it can be a good idea to also eat meat every once in a while.
