Ohh k. Inshallah I will get to check it out this summer. I was there in August/September so the weather wasnt so bad otherwise I wouldnt have survived in my burqa! And yeah you're right about the electricity. It seemed to only come on during the middle of the night in our house and then everyone would get up, switch the tv, laptops, radios on and start ironing! lol

It was built last year, so it very new, most people out of
Kandahar don't know about this place. You do know where the old soccer field is right and the small amusment park, it on the back side of that park. Iran made it for the Kandahar soccer team, it was gift. I was there last summer too
