Alonzo Coleman, Life's Choices interview.

Alonzo Coleman is a Hampton University graduate and collegiate record setting running back. He started playing football at an early age and soon realized he had a gift. With help from his family and strong spiritual foundation he quickly found himself in good company with all he attempted to achieve. He excelled in high school setting all records in football at his position in Halifax County Virginia. He went on to Hampton University and unseated the senior starting running back and went on to win MEAC PLAYER OF THE YEAR several times over. While attending Hampton Alonzo utilized all the school had to offer in the way of academic support, simply put their was no shame in his game when it came to asking for help. Alonzo went on to graduate with his senior class and found himself in the NFL draft. He was picked up after the draft concluded by the Dallas Cowboys where he earned a spot on the practice squad for two years.
