Shot this making of beef curry for lunch the other day holding iPhone in one hand. Thought I'd post.

You can make this in 20 mins - 5 mins of prep and 15 mins of cooking.

Ingredients
3 Tblspn of Any Cooking or Vegetable Oil
1 Med Red Onion Chopped
3 Roma Tomatoes Chopped
1/2 Cup of Fresh Cilnatro (optional if you don't like this herb)
1/2 Teaspoon Yellow Turmeric Powder
1 Teaspoon Corriander Powder (Double it if you like rich curry taste)
1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder (Double it if you like rich curry taste)
1 Teaspoon Red Cayenne Pepper (optional if you dont like it hot)
1 Garlic Colve Crushed
1/2 Inch Cube GInger Crushed
1 lb of boneless beef - 1/2 inch cubed of any cut
Salt - to taste (1 Teaspoon recommended)

    Great recipe. My husband loves a good curry, and this was quick and tasty. Had to change a couple of the ingrediants as I didn't have all of them, and it was goooooood!!! Even with all the oil :) although, I did drain a little bit off.

  • i don't get how your beef is cooked under 10 minutes.i cook my beef on low simmer for 45 mins and the midle still comes out purple to pink.what am i doing wrong?.

    thanks for watching the video - while the video is about 8 munutes the cooking will take about 20 mins - but not 45 mins. Two things => make sure your beef chunks are not more than 1/2 in cube - approx. size of a cherry. Secondly the quality of meat.

  • sauted is when your cooking it in butter not oil xx

    thanks for wathcing the video missy - saute can be done with oil too - doesnt have to be butter necessarily - as for oil and salt yes - lower the better -
