Main Ingredients
3 Cups Soy Bean Sprouts (8 oz),
1 Cup Short Grain Rice, ½ Cup Ground Beef,
1 Kelp (3×2 Inch)
Beef Ingredients
½ Tbsp Soy Sauce, ½ Tbsp Green Onion,
1 tsp Cooking Wine (Optional),
1 tsp Minced Garlic, ½ tsp Sesame Oil,
1 Pinch Black Pepper
Sauce Ingredients
4 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 2 Tbsp Green Onion,
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic, 1 Tbsp Hot Pepper Powder,
½ Tbsp Sugar, ½ Tbsp Sesame Oil,
½ Tbsp Sesame Seeds
Yield: 4 Servings

How about skip the beef...and cook the rice with just soy bean sprout..and later..when you add the sauce in cooked rice... you can add fried mashroom you like.. that can be substitute the beef.. but you don't want to cook the mashroom in a rice cooker..^^ thanks
