Hutaree Militia - Amendment I & II Violated by Government

The charges against the Hutaree militia show that they were arrested for speaking and then had all their legal arms confiscated. There are no charges for possessing anything illegal or even making any real threats. The charges prove that the Hutaree were arrested simply for speaking because they aren't charged with anything else. The indictment and a summary of charges are here:

Also interesting is that the media has described the Hutaree as Christian extremists, however, the Hutaree have a Star of David on their homepage, and rigorously defend Jews and Israel in their forums.

Once again, the government is violating the Constitution and rights of Americans, while the mainstream media entirely fails America at journalism.

Maybe the Hutaree have a valid point?
