PARMAR +20 is a unique program and is the first of its kind in the Eastern Ontario Region. This year we have specially designed a program with a professional coaching staff which will select 24 of the best 1996 and 1997 girls in Ottawa out of a pool of players that attend the training camp.

Players who are selected to participate in this program are identified as players who possess the talent to become an elite soccer player to potentially play for our province, nation, professional or at a university in the next few years as they continue to develop their talent through properly structured training programs. This program will challenge players to raise their standard of play as they will compete and train with players who will be highly motivated to excel and become the best.

We have been fortunate to have have one of the top goalkeepers in the world Erin Mcleod run a few training sessions for our girls. Erin is the starting goalkeeper for the Canadian Women's National Team and has played in World Cup and Olympics. She presently plays for the Washington Freedom of the WPSL.
