@ibetyourassitdoes NOTE he qu. us about WHY we were Video taping from a moving vehicle, particularly at 0:13 where you can see a military JEEP in parking structure. It is illegal under Federal Code to USE USA military in USA against Civilians. This 10 miles from GOP Coronation, [certainly was NOT a Nomination ] or the fake Republcan Candidate John McCain who lost miserably, because the True Republicans just refused to vote or went 3rd party. I documented an illegal act. Lic. was excuse.

Actually we WERE using a rented van to transport Newspapers AND to do Filming... so it was a commercial
USE, and the cop was quasi-within his rights to ask for License. But we were on PRIVATE HOTEL PROPERTY,
when he stopped us, and THERE I don't think he had a right
to do so. Note he stayed on the street.

@borderraven I asked, he said it was Unusual to see a TV Camera taping from
a passenger window as we drove by. Prob. Cause. "Any Reason why your filming today"
