yea jus download the app "ringdroid" its in the (market) .... and u can set any part of ur mp3 songs as a ringtone

Is there a way to make a certain part of the song your ring tone? Or does it have to start from the beggining?

create a folder in your SD called "Music" drag mp3 there and they should show up in your phone now.
