JEFFERSON came to the SouthEast Beagle Rescue with deformed front feet that forced him to walk on his wrists rather then his feet. Surgery was performed and metal plates and pins were used to lock his wrists into place. This video was taken 2 months after JEFFERSONS'S surgery with his splints and bandages removed.
