  • I been 2 the gym for 2 days now. I list 35 kg.. when i keep 20 kg it's to hard I lift a bit with dumbells how shold I do it start lifting liter weight fist then 20kg just don't know plzz.

  • hey hey! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my BF got great 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
