Hmm.... well I love both actors... Robert DID capture Chaplin's spirit, but that was sort of the point, being that role and all ^^" the 'dance' he did was almost exactly like the original... Johnny Depp's was slightly different... So idk. For originality, Depp, but for the spirit of Chaplin, Robert :P ^^

uh I liked the set up of the scene in Johnny Depp's version, but Robert had the cool chance of playing Chaplin, so can't knock him. As of right now I like Johnny's, but that could be because his was copying what was in the Chaplin movie, as oppose to Robert's which was an entire moment in and of itself at a dinner, not what was presented in Chaplin's movie. Two different little details, I think makes a different presentation. So...both are fine.

Depp's performance was in the movie "Benny and Joon", just in case anyone would like to see it. Johnny and Robert are both amazing actors...I'm very proud to say they're both from MY generation! The new Pacino and DeNiro?? (yet sooo much sexier!!)
